Custom synthesized compounds are non-refundable once synthesis has commenced. In-stock catalogue items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they fail to meet the stated specifications.

Quality Guarantee

All products are shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). If a product does not meet the stated purity or specifications, we will re-synthesize or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
